Every exchange is an option of the connection, unticked by default: nothing leaves or arrives until you tick it.
Connectors are part of the Integrations module, which we open for your organisation on request. A quote is available.
The access details you enter are encrypted and write-only: they are never displayed again on screen.
A log details every run, item by item, and a list of issues to handle lets you replay whatever did not go through.
No product and no order is deleted in your store or ERP, and a stock discrepancy is never silently corrected.
Pause, disconnect or close the module without losing anything: on resume, the orders placed in the meantime are caught up. A connector never gets in the way of the rest of GSE-Web.

An administrator opens ADMIN › Integrations, enters the access to the store or ERP and runs the connection test.

WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and Odoo (versions 17, 18 and 19). For another tool, Sage in particular, a connector is offered on quote; the REST API, the MCP server and the n8n integration can also link the rest.
Available stock goes out a few seconds after every movement in GSE-Web. Orders arrive by notification when the tool allows it, with a regular catch-up run (every 5 minutes by default).
You choose. With a store, GSE-Web publishes the product sheets and the stock if you ask for it. With Odoo, only one of the two is the master of items: Odoo or GSE-Web, never both.
